Helping the city

Something that would help the city is better side walks and streets.  Around downtown upland the streets are really ugly and cracked.  when you drive over them it feels like your going over a thousands rocks.  Its really uncomftorable. Also some side walks around upland are not leveled you could be walking and all of a sudden theres a huge bump.  This is due to the fact that tree roots are pushing the side walk upwards
